Operating under COVID restrictions

At Cavendish Flooring we are able to fully operate under traffic light restrictions. 

Our safety plan enables us to provide you with personal service when choosing your flooring and safely manage the installation in your home or on site.
See below how we can safely serve your needs-

All businesses are allowed to operate if they can do so safely. Our staff are trained on how you will keep themselves and others safe from exposure to COVID-19. We ask anyone (staff, customers, contractors) with cold or flu-like symptoms to stay away from our premises.

Our showroom is large enough to keep our team 1 metre apart and customers 2 metres apart.
We display a QR code and provide an alternative contact tracing system. We recommend staff wear a face covering if they are in close contact with others. Our work surfaces and premise are regularly disinfected. And our team regularly wash and sanitise.

Our business does NOT require close physical contact, so we CAN operate providing with the following restrictions- Staff that are not directly required to serve customers or conduct operations can work from home. We display a QR code and have an alternative contact tracing system and will make sure that people either scan in or provide their contact details. Customers cannot come onto our premises however we can arrange for site visits (with appropriate restrictions) or video consultations and dispatch samples. We will conduct business contactless. You can pay online, over the phone or in a contactless way. Our staff will maintain basic hygiene measures. This includes physical distancing, handwashing and regularly cleaning surfaces. Staff must stay home if they are sick. Staff, where practical, must remain a minimum of 1 metre apart at all times. Site visit restrictions - A staff member will not visit if they are feeling sick. We will sanitise their hands immediately prior to your visit. Face covering will be worn at all times during the visit. Strict 1mtr distancing will be observed
